1990 - LOST HITS MIXTAPE (FLAC EX - CD Quality Music Download) + VIDEO Version (2024) (Re-UP)
Hello and Welcome Back... For Those Who Are New To This Site (Bonus Album Of The Week)
Each tape tells a story about what was happening in my life as a young boy growing up in Campbelltown, South West of Sydney in Australia in the 80s
This is Tape10
The year was 1990 and I had turned 20, The 80s was over and a new decade had started..
I was now out of hospital and on the road to recovery but with a shattered pelvis, life took some adjustments.. (see 1989 to catch up)
Learning to walk was something new and veeeery painful experience so i had lots of time to listen to the radio.
Its hard to describe how much pain your body can produce but its alot. I
had a lot of time on my hands as my new lease of life became obvious to
me.
I was still living at home with my parents, which was lucky as i
couldn't do too much, thankfully, my mum used to be a nurse at Camden
Hospital so i was in good hands (Thanks Mum)
Music was still pretty good (see charts below)
On a good note, towards the end of the year, I went back to work on light duties. I started later than normal and now caught a later bus. One day while waiting for said bus, a girl (Kathleen) who was catching the same bus, started chatting with me.. This girl would later turn out to be my future wife.
I think back now, if I never had my accident, would I have ever met Kathleen ?. Turns out, she worked just up the road from me but we never crossed paths until I was catching this later bus.
Fate as it seems, was at work here..

Hello and Welcome Back.. Razormaid was started in the U.S in 1984 as a music service for working club DJs.
Their objective was to offer something other than just the regular versions that everyone had in their record collection.
They created their own special versions of songs by editing and sometimes remixing the hottest club tunes being played around the world..
This is CD8 (the last one)
Released in 1992, 'Razormaid - This Is Only A Test' is an 8 CD collection of various popular remix / 12" inch tracks by Razormaid Records / Remix Service
