ROXY MUSIC - FLESH + BLOOD (Japan First Issue CD FLAC EX) (Re-Up)

 Hello and Welcome Back... One of My Dads (and Mine) Fav Albums.. Grew Up Listening To This..Thanks Dad :)

 

Released in 1980, 'Flesh and Blood (Flesh + Blood)' was the 7th studio album by U.K outfit 'Roxy Music' which seen 4 singles flower from the album... Those being 'Over You', 'Oh Yeah', 'Same Old Scene' & 'In The Midnight Hour'

My dad had a huge stereo system when i was growing up. At one stage, the speakers were bigger than me and the sound was palpable. This was one of the albums that would be blasting the small figurines around the room into a life of movement.. mostly, off the walls.

My dads best friend was also a stereo nut and i would often accompanied my dad to his friends house to listen to various albums on a different sounding system. 

In my dads pursuit of perfection in a sound system, there was one small problem. 

While my dads friend wasn't married, my dad was and my mom hated loud music... 

Can you guess, boys & girls, how the outcome worked out? if you said divorce, you would be right...

Strangely enough, my mum and my dads best friend are now married..and not a stereo in sight..
