Love this song
Stumbled across this track by accident and I was instantly transported back to 1979/80.
Listening to my Nans Transistor Radio on 2WS / 2UW (Sydney, Australia) this was a song that I loved but had forgotten.
Didn't recognize it at first but the 'Soooooo Saaaaaad' part of the chorus jolted my memory and i was back to easier days.
The band 'Dollar' was a U.K trio of David Van Day and Canadian-born Thereza Bazar.
They had a string of hits in the late 70s / early 80s including 'Mirror Mirror', 'Shooting Star' and this song (among others)
Who were You With in the Moonlight went to #14 U.K singles charts and
was available on the album 'Shooting Stars' (track 5 / Side B, song 1)
