ERICH KUNZEL (Ft Cincinnati Pops Orchestra) - TIME WARP (West Germany 'Solid' CD FLAC EX) (Re-Up)

 Hello and Welcome Back.. Something a Bit Different For Today, But First... A Warning 

Released in 1984, 'Time Warp' was an album by 'Erich Kunzel' (Conductor) and 'The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra'. This CD was recorded in Pure Digital and contained frequencies that could leave your brand new stereo into a smoking mess... Warning Above..

The first time I heard this album was when my Dad brought his first CD player, can't remember if it was a 'Rotel' or 'Pioneer', anyway.. It cost alot of money

My dads speaker setup was HUUUGE. It had your standard tweeter, midrange and two huge woofers for each speaker. I witnessed picture frames and various ducks fall off the wall thanks to these speakers.. 

 
When he showed me this CD, I was excited because it had the theme to my favorite show "Battlestar Galactica"... 'Play that one', 'Play that one'.. I requested only to be drowned out by the massive thump of the 1st track 'Ascent'..
'What the F#CK WAS THAT' ?? both myself and my mother said in tandem, not that you could hear us as it sounded like a NASA space shuttle was taking off in our lounge room.. After some impressive but loud  space sound effects a few seconds later, I was like 'Oh good, it's finished', time to hear 'Galactica', but no, there was another "Holy Shit' moment as a huge bass thump came flooding through the speakers.

I can or cannot confirm that this CD lead to my parents getting a divorce... I'll leave it at that. hahaha
