RATCAT - TINGLES (Australian First Issue CD EP FLAC EX) (Soundz80s)

 Hello and Welcome Back... Wicked album of my very Awkward Youth..

 

Released in 1990, 'Tingles' was the first 'EP' by Australian band 'Ratcat' which seen 1 single spawn from the album, that single being 'That Ain't Bad'

This album came out in a strange time in my life... I had just spent 4 months in hospital due to a bike accident (Read the sad, sorry tale here) and i decided to get off my painful butt and head back to work... While catching the train home from said work, i got talking to a beautiful girl who lived further down the train line from me, her name was Kim.. 

Sadly as i was to find out, Kim already had a boyfriend but had a girl friend called 'Megan' that i could hook up with and we could all hang out.. Megan was quiet, very quiet... and well, i was also quiet, as girls would make me nervous so not much happened... sadly. 

But we all had one thing in common, we all loved the band 'Ratcat'. 

So there we were, all squashed in a little 2 door sports car headed to Thirlmere (where Kim & Megan lived). 

Kim (the girl i had a crush on) was driving, her deadbeat boyfriend in the front passenger seat who got some pleasure out of pinching my leg while i was stuck in the backseat with my 'kind of' girlfriend all trying to sing in harmony, the song 'That Ain't Bad' turn up at top level while dickhead in the front passenger seat kept playing with my leg... 

I wanted to punch him in his fat head, '1', because his pinching was beginning to get harder and more erratic & hurt like hell and '2', he was dating the girl I liked..

The album on offer is the Made in Australia EP CD in FLAC EX Format...
