Released in 1980, 'Organisation' was the 2nd studio album by U.K band 'OMD (Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark)' which seen just the 1 single flower from the album, that being 'Enola Gay'

The album on offer is the Made in Japan Re-Issue (2015) 'Limited Edition' CD in FLAC EX Format
