Released in 1985, The Ups and Downs' was the 1st studio album by U.K musician / singer 'Stephen Duffy' (Stephen 'Tin Tin' Duffy) which seen 2 singles flower from the album, those being 'Kiss Me' & 'Icing on the Cake'
