Released in 2008, 'In Ghost Colours' was the 2nd studio album by Australian band 'Cut Copy' which flowered 4 singles including 'Hearts on Fire', 'Lights & Music', 'So Haunted' & 'Far Away'.. Kudos to tracks #1 'Feel The Love', #2 'Out There On The Ice' & #14 'No Body Lost, No Body Found'
Shout-out to my work college who thought the track 'So Haunted' was actually called 'So Horny'
The album made it to #1 in Australia Music Charts...
For me, this album is what made working at J B HiFi in Penrith Plaza, NSW (Australia) such a fun time...
This album was often played very loud on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings as the busy store became standing room only and at times, resembled a nightclub.. This album has a real 80s dance vibe to it and sounds simular to other albums at the time like 'The Presets' & 'Pnau' which were also given a good workout on the salesfloor....
Probably the best thing about this album is if you don't like how a song starts, wait a few mins and it will change, often for the better as tracks have a habit of morphing from one song to another...
