Hello and Welcome Back... For Those Who Are New To This Site

I first started 'Soundz80s' when i got out of work in 2013 due to a work accident and wanted to do something with my time rather than play games all day... 

I was a big fan of ABC TV show 'Countdown', (Australian T.V) back in the early 80s that showcased the latest songs and artists.. Sadly, that show is no longer but i thought, what if i do an online site that does the same thing showcasing today's music that sounds like it came from the 80s?

And so, 'Soundz80s' was born, sister site to 'Electronic80s'..

Around 5 years ago seen the two sites merge and become 'Soundz Electronic' and then finally back to 'Electronic80s' as it is today...

The music on this album has helped me through my pain, a shitload of pain, tears, happiness, depression, anger and the fun times as well... 

All of these songs help me with my walks that i do to keep active as to keep a sane mind if not overrun by pain and while walking, i thought... what if i made an album with all the best tracks?..

Released in 2022, 'Soundz80s Vol 1' is a compilation album showcasing 10 years of songs from this website 'Soundz80s / Electronic80s' and is compiled, recorded & mastered by Nex-Gen Digital (me) and Timelord Records (me again)..

The album on offer is the 2022 'Volume 1' in FLAC EXpanded Frequency Version, exclusive to Electronic80s.. Also added in 2024, the video collection of songs.
