Hello and Welcome Back... Love This Album, The Start for Pet Shop Boys... I have already posted a 'Made In Japan' first issue and the Further Listening Version, but not the First Issue 'Made in U.K' version. I was hoping to get a 'Made in West Germany' First Issue but there doesn't seem to be any..
This CD is also a 'Pre Emphasis CD', a technique used in the early 80s to make a CD sound more detailed, some people liked it, some people didn't. One thing is sometimes, you need to adjust the bass level on the listeners end as while the CDs have detail, they tend to lack bass.. Take a listen
