Its funny when you hear a song for the first time, it tends to stick in your head like glue. Take this song, I first heard this song on a hot summers evening while on holidays with my family in Forster, on the NSW North Coast. (Australia)
I was 15 at the time and had an accident, i slid down a rock face full of oyster shells as my new thongs (footwear) had given way and tore my foot open. It stung like hell.
So here i was trying to get to sleep around 9pm, my foot was killing me, it was 35c deg, sweating like mad only there was a party going on next door and this song came on and i fell in love with it (and the album)
I just wanted to go home, but at the time this song came on, a cool breeze was starting to pick up as a change was coming.. It was magical, something I'll never forget..
