Released in 1989, 'Like A Prayer' scored a staggering six singles including 'Like A Prayer', Express Yourself (no, its not about breastfeeding, my bad)', 'Cherish', 'Dear Jessie', 'Oh Father' & 'Keep It Together'

For me, this album was a milestone in my life, I had my bike accident (see previous posts) only weeks before this album came out, and remember laying in a uncomfortable hospital bed for 4 months listening to the song 'Cherish' every Saturday & Sunday (Thank You Rage & Video Hits).
Its funny as you don't miss something till its gone, but i longed to frolic in the beach like in the video clip, but that was not to happen till years later as i had to learn to walk again..
