PSEUDO ECHO - LIVE (Australia First Issue CD FLAC EX)

 Hello and Welcome Back... I was asked a question the other day, 'What Was The Best Concert You Have Ever Been To?'

And this got me thinking, sure I've seen Kim Wilde (stunning), Human League (loud), Culture Club (excellent),  Paul Young (breathless, not me, him.. he was gasping for breath), and then i remembered the night I went and seen Australian 'Pseudo Echo' Live.

I was sick, very sick.. I think I had food poisoning or something, I was green but I was still going to go and see this band... You see, it was around the year 1999 - 2000ish and for the first time since the 80s, all the original band members were there inc 'Pierre Pierre' (Bass Synth), 'Darren Danielson' (Electronic Drums), 'Ben Greyson' (Synths) & 'Brian Canham' (Guitar / Vocals) so I wasn't going to miss this for the world, vomit or no vomit..

The venue was Windsor RSL club in NSW and WOW, they didn't let me down, those electronic drums sounded wicked, the Synths sounded 'Moist' and the band sounded better than some of their studio stuff... 

This CD is exactly what I heard, it captured that night perfectly minus the throwing up bit..

Grab a good set of headphones, turn up the volume to insane levels and close your eyes and re-live the magic of one of Australia's best synth bands of the 80s.. Sadly, I have seen some of the live stuff from the past few years and, well, the electronic drums are gone and so has that sound, so I'm so glad I got to see them when I did..
