2021 - BEST OF SOUNDZ80S 2021 (Nu Soundz) (Music Download)

 Hello and Welcome Back.. IT'S HERE.. Its Taken a Year but The Best Newish Music with an 80's Soundz is OUT NOW :)

 

During 2021, Soundz80s (my sister site to Electronic80s) merged with this site your now reading... Soundz80s covers new(ish) music from 80s bands / artists that are making a comeback or new(ish) bands that have an 80s sound to them... They don't have to be New as per say but New to me... They can be a few years old but i have never heard before...

And thus, Soundz80s was born and is now part of this site, back where it belongs... and what a list of songs this album has.. I have been listening for a few days now and i love every song...

There were a few late entry's, most recently from 'Holly Johnson' (Frankie Goes to Hollywood) who only a few days ago sang a haunting rendition of the song 'Power of Love' on the Christmas Special of 'Never Mind the Buzzcocks'.. I was deeply moved by this live version of this song and knew it had to be added.. Its not tears you see, i had something in my eye..

2021 has been a shit year for us in Australia. 

If i was to go back to 1985 and tell people of the draconian measures and control of what people can and cant do in the the year 2021, i would be laughed at... and yet, here we are with medical apartheid, borders where only people with the right documents are allowed and, power crazed politicians who think laws don't affect them keeping people locked in their houses for weeks on end...

No, This is Australia 2021... BUT, at least the Music is still good.. Right??

This music album is probably the best yet, i have made under the Soundz80s banner with every song a pleasure to listen to..
