Hello and welcome back.....I have featured Def Leppard before on this blog =  SEE HERE.

I am a huge fan of this band and have many fond memories listening to their music (one of them- I actually Died while listening to the song "Rocket"...see previous Def Leppard blog (link above)).

This concert was just after their 1987 album release "Hysteria", probably one of the biggest albums of the 80s.

VISAGE - SHAMELESS FASHION (New Music)

Hello and welcome back.......Visage is Back with a killer new track....Called "Shameless Fashion"

From their new album "Hearts and Knives" it is New Romantic 80s as we know it.... sounding sensational.

This is the bands forth album, and is their first material in.....29 YEARS. (has it been that long?)

Band line up consists of Steve Strange (vocals -Visage original member), Steve Barnacle (bass - he worked on 1984 album "Beat Boy"), Robin Simon (guitars - ex Ultravox), & Lauren Duvall (Vocals).
Also featured on this album is Dave Formula (Synths - Visage original member) & Mick MacNeil (Synths - from the band Simple Minds).
Midge Ure and Rusty Egan also helped with the album.

And it shows, this album Kicks Ass, with Sweeping Guitars, melodic 80s analogue Synths and the superb vocals of Steve Strange. (I've just wet my pants)

Folks....this is the comeback of the year. A 10/10 album

BROS

Hello and welcome back..... U.K band "Bros" had a string of hits towards the late 80s.
Bros consisted of twin brothers Luke and Matt Goss with Craig Logan also forming the band.
They were managed by former Pet Shop Boys "Tom Watkins"
For me I liked their music, had a good sound although a bit confused as to the nature of Craig Logan as the other two (Luke & Matt) were obviously brothers....Most of the photos in Smash Hits & Countdown magazines usually only had pics of Luke & Matt... still he was a valuable member to the band and their music was awesome.







Bros released 3 albums in total, Songs I like were "I Owe You Nothing", "When Will I Be Famous", "I Quit" & "Chocolate Box".....My favourite would have to be "When Will I Be Famous" with pumping beat and dance moves to die for, it was excellent time for music.

Tasty number from U.K. band Toto Coelo (Known as Total Coelo in the U.S.), this song Dracula's Tango was a follow up to the popular song "I Eat Cannibals"......for me I kinda like the groove of Dracula's tango more than I eat Cannibals, still their both awesome songs, Wouldn't you agree?.
